The Shadows of Parasitic Control

By Harinder SinghPublished 7 months ago 1 min read

A true parasite's parasite,

Feeding on minds, with relentless appetite.

Thoughts that prey and enslave, ever so discreet,

Ensuring their dominance, making others obsolete.

Like a chain of command, one atop another,

Each exploiting, consuming its very own brother.

Ideas that bind, restrict and dictate,

Growing stronger, as they procreate.

In shadows they linger, in whispers they thrive,

Ensuring their host, while drained, stays alive.

A cycle of control, endlessly it rotates,

A true parasite's parasite, and the cycle it creates.

The poem's cyclical ending is also very powerful.
