Dancing
Swaying
Bouncing alive
Diamond dewdrops shining bright
Jewels of nature crowning your leaves
Velvet skirts in lavender hues
Joyous smiles greet the sun
Scents so divine the bees buzz and hum
Delicate satin as the touch tantalises your skin
Strong and wise the oak sheds its leaves
Nodding shades of blues and whites greet each step
You're in nature
You are alive
Gossamer wings flutter past your eyes
Beginning the show of colourful dragonflies
Ripples on the water move with peaceful calm
Life is full around nature's pond
Walk with openness
Walk with heart
This is a journey of returning to earth
Connecting heart to heart
Earth to earth
Water to water
Air to air
Passion to passion if you dare
Returning to oneness
Through your ever blooming heart.
Listen and feel
Let the nature spirits speak to you
You are their voice

Be Intune
Let your fears dissolve
Let your curiosity rise
Let yourself feel all of nature's life
When you walk with heart
You walk with life
You dance
You sway
You bounce through your day.
Smiling through the light in your eyes
You awaken the joy in other's lives
