Value In Belief

With many in my life, I choose to be Verbally open, with no words of meaning, left unspoken,

At times it can feel like your bruised, crushed or broken.

Remember in your spirit, lies the strength to move mountains

But the source of this strength springs forth from gods fountains,

Do not be remiss, and do not betray someone you love, with a kiss,

Life can build you up, it can also break you down,

It's up to you to decide whether to smile, or whether to frown,

Without the realization of wisdom, we are all blind,

Until the answers we seek, we turn to god, to help us find,

Do not allow to stagnate, the power of your mind,

In doing so, in many ways, you may be left behind,

It's time to wake up and see the light of day,

The only way we can make a change, is to wipe darkness away,

With knowledge comes power, but with power, what comes next,

Never in corrupt ways, should the strength of your power be abused, or be used, if you are vexed.

Take some time to breath, and remember who you are,

The sons and daughters of the father, brothers and sisters of the one prophesied by the northern star,

Many choose to believe in only that which they can see,

I choose to believe in the one who created me,

Lifes have been lost in frivolous pursuits,

Ensure your work is beneficial and bears spiritual fruits,

Too many ways exist for us to be led astray,

We must stand strong together, for too soon, approaches, the last day,

Just because something is old, does not mean it has no purpose,

It's the vain ways of this world, that mislead, and bear fruits that are worthless.

Strengthen the things in yourself, which do need tempering,

Like a blacksmith in his forge, with his hammer constantly banging,

Let no time pass by, without something to show for it,

Knowledge and wisdom surpass the value of monetary profit,

The world is a strange place to live, this I feel is true,

It seems to be hell bent, on confounding me, and you.

Listen to the Whispers of the spirit in your soul,

This is what you need, to make you truly feel whole.
