We were kept in the dark
protected most part
the world knows it as a womb
but God showed it is a boon
Brought to this world
wrapped in white color
God smiled and said
the world is all your go-ahead
here you go from dark to white
nobody knows we are in a constant fight
Schools showed us to unite with colors
we wore the same 2 colors
smiled all days with same old clothes
we were happy to the core with those clothes
We like a sunflower
young at heart, young at soul
we kept growing with a tiny little soul
God pushed us into growing up phase
things got complicated we saw many phases
came to know that the world is not flat and
not all colors are equal for the fact
Rules were formed for what to wear
things went from fun to scare
child in me wanted to try all colors
the world did not approve alas
Grown too old
miss those days
inner me says
wore those 2 colors who cares
God comes back
to take us back
where we are put again from bright to black
the soul flies out, there we go
world doesn't understand where it goes
No fight, no religion, no caste, no creed
be like a rainbow god forbid
the world is beautiful with too many colors
being peaceful doesn't have a color
