A Poem

Electric rocks hallucinating in vain

To further the destruction of the primate brain

The veils of reality being burned

To turn the world into a paradise of false profits

All exchange coerced

A postlapsarian divide

Black holes of collective madness

Surrounding our days in a haze of discontent

Vampires of the soul are in control

As we stroll ever nearer to the precipice of freedom

Yet, we hold ourselves back

As we stare into the abyss of Sisyphus

Asleep to the reality

That all is temporary

We are but passengers in this world

Pretending to be separate

Yet, we absorb all that surrounds us

Schrödinger’s society of advanced savagery
