Poem of Love being far

Separated by distance, but never by heart,

Two souls in love, though worlds apart,

Days without end, and nights without sleep,

Each moment they shared, was a memory to keep.

Counting down the days, hours, and minutes,

The anticipation of the reunion, they couldn't diminish,

Every message, every call, brought them closer,

As they dreamed of the moment they'd be together.

At times, the distance felt unbearable,

Their hearts ached with an insurmountable fervor,

Longing for the warmth of each other's touch,

And the comfort of being together, ever so much.

They tried to fill the void with words and pictures,

But it was never enough, no matter the scriptures,

The distance, at times, felt like an endless abyss,

Leaving them feeling lost, with each other they wanted to reminisce.

They would stare at the clock, wishing for time to speed up,

Counting the seconds, as if it would fill their cup,

Forgetting time doesn't heed their desires,

And it always moves at its own paces, as if it conspires.

Amidst the long distance love, there was a single mom,

A hard-working woman, who didn't know how to calm,

With a voice that could soothe any soul,

She sang at gigs, working hard to reach her goal.

Though she had her music, she still felt alone,

Wishing for her partner to come back home,

But he was far away, working alone most days,

Thinking about her, his heart filled with love always.

He knew how hard she worked, and how much she gave,

And he was proud of her, for the life she was trying to pave,

He knew how much it meant to her, to chase her dreams,

And he supported her, through all the ups and downs, it seems.

He would spend his days, longing for her touch,

Wishing he could be there, to support her so much,

And as the nights would pass, he would think of her,

Knowing that distance couldn't change the love they share.

And when they finally reunited, after the wait,

It was as if time had stopped, at the gate,

For they held each other, as if it was their first time,

And all the distance, seemed like it was just a rhyme.

Together, they talked about their struggles and their dreams,

And how much they had endured, through their different themes,

But, they knew that distance couldn't break them apart,

For their love was stronger, than the distance, from the start.

As they hugged each other tight, they knew it was worth the wait,

For their love had withstood, the trials of fate,

And they promised to always support each other's endeavors,

Through the highs and lows, and everything in between, forever.

Their frustration would grow, as they wished to be near,

To feel each other's touch, and whisper in each other's ear,

But, distance had its way, and they had to wait,

Knowing that eventually, they would reunite, it was fate.

With every beat of their hearts, their love grew,

A bond that only distance could renew,

Their love story was one for the ages,

A tale of love that spanned many stages.

As they held each other tight, they whispered sweet nothings,

The passion between them, like fire, it was burning,

For so long, they had waited to be together,

And now, in each other's arms, they found forever.

They talked about all the moments they missed,

And how much they longed for each other's kiss,

They reminisced about the moments they shared,

And how much they had always cared.

As they looked into each other's eyes,

They saw their future, and it was paradise,

They knew that distance was just a test,

And that their love could withstand any kind of stress.

In that moment, they made a promise to each other,

To hold on tight, through every storm and weather,

To never let the distance come between them again,

And to always be each other's friend.

And so, as they hugged each other tight,

They knew that they were each other's light,

Together, they could conquer anything,

And that their love was the only thing that could make their hearts sing.

And now, as they held each other tight,

All the frustration seemed to melt in the night,

Their love was worth the wait, they both knew,

For it had only grown stronger, as the distance had flew.

Together, they promised to cherish every moment,

To never let the distance break them, as it's torment,

For, they had each other, and that was enough,

To endure the distance, and make their love a rebuff

Finally, the day arrived, and they saw each other's face,

Tears of joy and happiness, they couldn't replace,

Embracing tightly, they held each other close,

A feeling of contentment, they both chose.
