To Do More and Talk less.

It’s like a favorite kind of pastime.

Everyone talks about it.

About how they will do it.

Their admiring strategy

Their brilliant plans

Their amazing talents

And their potential

but they are often ignored.

As they are unable to do as they say

Words contradict with actions.

There is a different case also.

The one who does it

Is praised and admired.

He is appreciated.

Because he showed it instead of saying it

He didn’t bother to shout about it.

He showed it by doing it.

To do more and to talk less.

Is often the mantra to get it done.

Yet we spend so much time.

about the what ifs, could be and I could haves

We forget what we should be doing.

Instead of talking about it endlessly

We should be busy doing it.

The work we are supposed to do.

The book we are supposed to read.

The chore we are supposed to do.

The Long list of work waiting for us.

It all gives us a message.

To do more and talk less.

Its sometimes so hard

because doing it is difficult

and talking about doing it

is so easy.

It’s better to simply to do it.

than to talk excessively and over think

because in the end actions matter more than words

it’s easy to throw around words.

And be lazy.

than to make a strategy

and finish what is needed to be done.

To do more and to talk less.

is maybe not so easy after all.
