Those That Cook, and Those Who Don't

I've noticed

in life...

Some say there are those that cook and those who don't.

Those that know the kitchen --

and those who wait for the kitchen to be done.

But the thing is, for those of us who know the kitchen,

who cook in that kitchen,

we know something, yes we do.

That the best tastes are often found on the side of the pan.

On the pan's very edge.

And that is why I will always choose to cook, to know the kitchen.

And to always taste

that edge

of the pan

of life...
