One does not fall in love anymore than one falls into heaven.

Falling implies a lack of control.

You fall into lust. You fall into infatuation.

But there is No Falling in love!

There is also no crying in baseball.

These are just the rules. I don't make them up.

If you want to play the game then pay attention, buttercup.

Love is a choice. A well-thought and carefully executed plan of attack.

Love is a controlled descent into madness.

A controlled descent, but never a fall.

Love is a conscious and continuous effort.

Love grows. Love evolves.

Love ebbs and it flows.

Love does many things,

But it never falls!
