Gracious, I was once a verdant shore
Where animals wandered, and life was aplenty
However, presently I'm scarred, my excellence worn
An impression of humankind's pitiful
My skies are dim, my seas blue
My woods contracting, my future once again
I shout without holding back, in murmurs low
Save me, dear people, before I bid farewell, gracious
My streams gag, my mountains rot
My animals disappear, individually every day
I long for contact, for delicate hands
To mend my injuries, and reestablish my properties
Yet I clutch trust's slight string
For assuming you act, I can in any case be reclaimed
So listen close, and accept the call
To save me now, before I fall
