The vice of a pretentiously peaceful abode.

A poem about your favorite character - Kaira from Dear Zindagi

By Hridya SharmaPublished about a month ago 1 min read

The vice of a pretentiously peaceful abode.

Abundance in its beauty, the truth of innocence it holds,

Nativetey oozing in every breath of its ounce, the beauty of childhood beholds.

Fond memories that become fleeting moments in time that the mortality relishes,

Alas, doom struck on her doorstep in the tenderness, where gentleness one cherishes.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The yearning of her mother’s embrace gleamed in her wonderful eyes,

Tales behold, Kaira longed for just a touch of belonging amidst the sea of lies.

A soul that was impoverished of the virtuous endearment of an abode,

She forged her existence in the wanderlust of peace, treading with caution on the plonked road.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Drowning into the depths of her craft, in the manifestation of her muse,

Drawing a shield along the course, the armour of abandonment fostered its ruse.

Clasping her wand, she created magic through her magnificent lens.

Yet in every smile, she mourned the death of her innocence.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The cycle of abuse and hurt churns the goodness of thee,

Yet Kaira was a warrior, she chose to face her inner light she yet couldn't see.

To all the Doctor Jug’s who bandage the broken heart and nurture the inner cries,

Thank you for making us smile in the gratitude of ‘Dear Zindagi’

To all the dear Kairas, I hope you love yourself, it has been a while so just wanted to say ‘hi’

I've not watched this movie before but Kaira seems like such a strong woman!
