all man's questions

succession of despotism can be optional.

the crowns man wears can all be melted,

and thrones can be occupied by ghosts.

lineage unbroken, to be governed by oneself.

no more threat of who is allowed to love.

no person must be owed to any other.

ideas don't need minds to keep them.

universal, all things pulled to the ether-

the vacuum of space has no destination.

although from here vast skies look full.

the stars mistaken for the spark of creation,

of meaning we don't know we already know.

nothingness above is not seen from this earth,

and possibilities within us overlooked.

all man's questions can be easily answered

only if we stop to think to ask ourselves,

and if we ever can stop needing to know.

they could all be had, now or never,

or they could consume us all forever.
