Heed the song of the mournful lark

Who sings the dirge of leaf and bark.

Beware the light upon the wreath;

Embrace the shadows down beneath.

See the Earth and all the trees

With singing plants and flirting bees.

There lies a throne all around

For a loving Queen that lives unbound.

Leaves fall, trees die, but all is renewed

At the rhythms of her will so shrewd.

Blessed are those who hear her call

And live to care for one and all.

Yet bleeding is our blessed Mother

From lack of care for one another.

Her body set upon the pyre,

As we set our lovely home on fire.

Heed the song of the mournful lark

Who sings the dirge of leaf and bark.

The oceans reel, the forests burn

Cause we continually fail to learn...
