The Siren's Call

The Siren's Call

The ocean's song, a siren's call, Her voice seductive, luring all. Beneath the waves, she holds her sway, And none escape her siren's play.

Her beauty masks her wicked scheme, Her songs will leave you lost, it seems. For though her voice is sweet and kind, She has a heart that's cold as brine.

For though its parts are cold and hard, Its soul is warm, a work of bard. And as it ticks away the hours, It sings a song of life and power.

She preys upon the unsuspecting, Her melodies so sweet and tempting. So heed my warning, sailor brave, Lest you be lost beneath the waves.
