have you ever tried looking for yourself in

the shadow of someone else's love?

trapped in their social sacrifice-

life or death, can't say no.

no, can't pay a price like that,

but she left everything for me.

this won't be easy,

but even if it was it's all i got.

sometimes you only got yourself;

sometimes not even you do.

but i don't let any of it get me down.

i keep up the good fight-

standing firm, arms wide open.

i'd go all the way to meet you halfway-

i'll go all the way until you won't meet me there anymore.

my love is unconditional-

but i still need someone to give it to

or it's just me, my love, alone.
