Time, the great equalizer,
Ticks away, with measured composure.
It shows no mercy to the miser,
Nor does it heed the wealthy's exposure.
To the stoic, time is but a tool,
A means to sharpen virtue's blade.
Each moment is an opportunity to be cool,
To act with courage, to not be afraid.
For time reveals all things in due course,
Exposing falsehoods, illuminating truth.
It is the fire that tempers life's force,
A relentless test that challenges our youth.
So let us not waste this precious resource,
Nor lament its passage with vain remorse.
For time is a gift, a sacred force,
A reminder that we are but mere mortals, of course.
