The Raven's Bridge

A Poem

Dark and mysterious

Standing as if in a portal

To another dimension

Guarding their domain

From interlopers

Ruffling their pretty

Black feathers

Shiny and sleek

Smartly staring

Waiting for their time

Wondering if you are the one

That was chosen

To cross their path

On this bleak and dreary day

And if you are not the one

They are prepared to

Drop bomb you
