The big bad predator

There was a young man from the city,

Who was stalked by an itty-bitty kitty,

Fearful and scared,

He openly declared,

He couldn’t trust anything so pretty.

About the Creator

Colleen Millsteed

My first love is poetry — it’s like a desperate need to write, to free up space in my mind, to escape the constant noise in my head. Most of the time the poems write themselves — I’m just the conduit holding the metaphorical pen.

Dear Colleen - I'm not a Poet and I know it - But, this Blue Eyed Kitty caught my 'Eye'- The totally cute stage - you don't want to have them grow up. I'm so glad that I've discovered your gorgeous presentations. Colleen, I'm just an old fashioned self described 'Goof Writer' and don't even count stats. But, if you have a moment please view my 'Rescue' as I've written on behalf of - Pet Haven Minnesota - The so dedicated Director is such a Cat-Person - It gives me such pleasure that this silly little (3) minute 'Schpiel' has brought them so many 'Re-Home' adoptions; a nice feeling! As you so know, the "Metaphorical" power of the pen. - With my Respect - Jay Jay Kantor, Chatsworth, California 'Senior' Vocal Author - Vocal Author Community -
