The End

The End

I lie in my bed

Wondering if this is it

Is it finally the end?

My heart- doesn't beat right

My vision - I'm losing sight

My hearing - it's fading

My breathing - very staggered

I’ve a feeling I'm looking quite haggard

I discover that if I distract my mind

Some of my symptoms seem to subside

Ah, but there it is - the heart that won't quit

I can't help but feel like something is wrong with

sad poetry
