Within lies shadow.
Souls have both darkness
and a light aglow.

Drawn from years ago
that failed to repress;
within lies shadow.

So too the days flow,
with hope for progress
and a light aglow.

Fear not the below
that calls to depress.
Within lies shadow.

With both shall one grow;
a force to harness,
and a light aglow.

A choice they bestow,
balance to caress.
