The day u came

U came in like the rain from above,

Pouring down on my barren field enriching it with care & love.

Making my daisies & lilies to bloom,

Rescuing my fruits & flowers from their doom.

U came in like the fireworks that lit up the sky,

Lighting up my every corner of the heart leaving colourful impressions in my eye.

In Autumn u came in like the gust of cool breeze,

Shedding my tree's pale brown leaves to help it thrive with ease.

U came in like the rapid oceanic waves carrying a shipwrecked guy to the shore,

U came in like the Christmas Eve for me with gifts & happiness galore.

U came in like a lucky charm in my life,

U came in like the last ounce of oxygen keeping me alive.
