The sun reflects a peaceful calm
On the waters surface
No wind to stir or create waves
For a moment Chaos pauses
In an instant there is peace
A clarity in the breeze
The promise of a time renewed
See what the captain sees
There is something about the water
There is healing in the deep
Where once I slipped into despair
Ive been Awakened from deep sleep
Let go of hurt and grief
Breathe in the air of promise
Grab tightly to new courses
In crises you are not a novice
Stay the course and mind the path
Be swift and watch the current
Don’t get caught up in the storm
this moment is inclement
You have the skills you have the drive
Just get a grip and take it
Free yourself and set sail
Your Life is what you make it
