The Bodies
'In Eclipse' Challenge - No. 2
Ever think of that? Bodies, lines and desires...
Celestial? Close, but not yet touching
Like old lovers to new discoveries
In that first great heat and darkness,
Putting and pulling their forms to form
Some majestic untouchable display...
Ever really thought of that?

Oh this is dreamy. Like Shirley said...complex and simple...but there is almost an effortless quality to it. Very well done, sir!
Untouchable display indeed. Loved your poem!
The answer would be YES. I dropped a story just now and dedicated it to Kendall Defoe.
complex and simple...stunning
Another great quote. The nature of things is all I think about, so yes, always thinking about things. Moon is awesome. Much to think about.
Love it! I never would have thought of that!
Keen observation and insight.
Why no, Kendall. But I'm glad you did & that you brought it up.
