The beauty of a sunset

Poem

By Mr AddyPublished 3 years ago • 1 min read

Behold the beauty of a sunset's glow,

Where heaven's palette begins to show,

A canvas painted with hues divine,

Embracing hearts, like sweet vintage wine.

As the sun descends with graceful might,

The world is bathed in a golden light,

The sky ablaze with hues so rare,

A breathtaking sight beyond compare.

Fiery oranges and passionate reds,

Mingling with purples as daylight sheds,

Colors swirling, merging with the blue,

Creating a masterpiece, a dream come true.

The clouds, like brushstrokes in the sky,

Whisper secrets as the moments fly,

They dance and drift with ethereal grace,

Revealing a splendor no words can trace.

With each passing minute, the scene evolves,

A symphony of colors, the heart revolves,

The warmth of the sun's last gentle kiss,

Caresses the soul with sweet reminisce.

As darkness lingers and stars arise,

The sunset's beauty never truly dies,

Its memory etched in the heart's embrace,

A timeless painting, a touch of grace.

Oh, the beauty of a sunset's glow,

A masterpiece that nature bestows,

A moment captured, forever treasured,

In the depths of our souls, a joy unmeasured.
