The Quiet Strength of Wanting Nothing
"When I Want Nothing, No One Can Make Me Sad Anymore" Some people don't suddenly become indifferent; rather, they are driven to it by repeated disappointments. The words you spoke, the expectations you set, and the things I once tried so hard to grasp—all eventually became the weight that crushed my heart. Then I understood: it wasn't that I wasn't good enough; it's just that I cared too much. The more you care, the easier it is to be shaken; the more you give, the easier it is to be hurt.
