love poems
Love poems for hopeless romantics; I'm the poet and you're my muse.
A Wish Extinguished
a wish extinguished by the simplicity of your voice making a beloved wish come true. a shooting star cascading down to hit the gravity of my world wishing for both worlds to collide and create something better where peace among us would be adored with the essence of your beauty guiding my soul to a life of wishful happiness and adoring the greatness of you over and over stuck in time.

Statues
You knocked on the cement I built to keep out pain. I pushed you away because I was already blanketed in sorrow. I wanted to die because I was more empty than I had ever been before. I was nothing more than a carved figure of rock and stone with all hollowness I felt filled with the darkest of concrete.
