Life after being hurt can be a challenging journey, but it's also an opportunity for growth. It's important to take time to heal and focus on self-care. Surround yourself with supportive friends and family. Rediscover your passions and set new goals. Remember, you are resilient and capable of finding happiness again. You may even feel like you are far from getting happiness but t hen again happiness is in places we never expect. The worst decisions are made when happy, angry and hurt. It’s advisable to keep calm when hurt. Distractions are sometimes advisable or maybe not. Healing is a process, it tak time.
