Bleeding
Authors note: This is really old but I figured posting about it because I'm not gonna use in anywhere else cause I don't usually use this POV anyway.
The Tall Stranger At Pikes Place
One day at a ring shop, I met a man selling rings, For money he wanted to swap, But I really wanted some swings. "Got any swings?" asked I.

I will play the empire at his own game . If he wants that troll of a mortal, then so be it for I shall not watch on and pretend I'm happy any longer, for she has used a title she has no right to claim. For I'm cursed to have that promise ring adorn my hand , it was the ring only gifted to me as he admired me to become that title of his sweet lady of desire, for that ring is far more than just a promise of hearts for it has the title princess of brightest starlight , which is only given to the chosen women to marry the empire.

I will not shed tears , I will not show that I'm hurt . I can not expect you, the empire of such power within the elements of shadow of the council to an ancient law of dragons, to truly show your hearts desire, and even if you did I would be the last women you would choice .

Out of body projection; laying upon the floor as emotions run deeper. Into skin like sharp blades intoxicating the feel. He bleeds out in fear never shedding tears into pools of red. Pour some more liquor in it and dive in it. Feels like drowning; “out of sight, out of mind.” Must be a freaking poltergeist. Steam and mist; eating the sunny side up in a bowl of rice.

MOONCHILD Between sandcastles, a pearl sat in an eggshell setting looking up with eyes that wondered, “Who cut the moon in half?”
That Kind Of Weekend
This was written after a long weekend, listening to my 20 year old son (who has autism) chatter non-stop about his obsessions. I love him dearly, but oh, sometimes I could use a break! It's not always easy as a single mom, but I wouldn't trade him for anything in the universe.

Today, the world has gotten smaller. I see a fish I’ve never seen before. A giant—an alien, holding me in the concave of its fin. I watch it breathe on the outside of the world, and I feel a certain restriction over my gills. I don’t know what this feeling is. There’s pressure building inside of me. I don’t know what to call this. Except, perhaps, a collection of fear.
