Embracing the morn

Just a sneak peek and am up for another peep

It’s like its time to say ta-ta to all the jack frost gloom and calenture

As the crofter gleans, the birds are at a feast

I just love the way the sun shines on my face. The thrilling air breeze, melodies by the chirping birds.

Warm though not too hot, I have no sunscreen left. A Friday evening at the beach is something I can’t relate to.

Bye-bye to all these hefty cloaks. Seated by the sea, the sound of the waters is mesmerizing.

The beauty of the Moon silver-shaded waves. Eyes on the stars, it gets sweeter with someone to embrace.

That affection without borders?

That time when poetry feels like a ride with kings?

About the Creator

Fred Musoke

I want to give my writing a fragrance. I mean, that redolence which won’t only outlast my generation, but will also nudge the souls on Mars.
