they’re only letting us know
what they want us to know
to subliminally program the feelings
that they want us to show
fed fat on vague tidbit’s
partial access......to some of the truth
read between and behind the lies
because therein lies the proof
they’re only letting us know
what they think we want to hear
can’t let the truth get in the way
it’s not allowed to interfere
don’t subscribe to fabrication
don’t subscribe to the lies
believe what you see and half of what you hear
and never...close your eyes
no-one listens
or hears the lies
no-one cares
it’s no new surprise
everybody ignorant
and happy in their apathy
no-one cares, no-one dares
to challenge the powers that be
a little thought is dangerous
but indifference is worse
don’t subscribe to disinformation
don’t be a part of the curse
