Are you counting the seconds,

asking sun when it's time to go,

hold on,

try one more time,

why do you hold time shackled,

thoughts can fly higher than the clouds,

seconds don't end despair,

fear shows up in every breath

of frozen fire.

***

Begin smiling and see

you can forget the hours,

moments come on a sunlit chase,

no road to find,

no bridge to cross,

here and now

you can stay and be happy

at peace,

in garden

made of twilight hopes.

***

You wished for joy,

kind heart, embraces,

a fragrance that goes on

into the night of loss

comes out to bring you feathers,

you can learn how to fly

once you were broken,

now

you stand again, with butterflies,

you see horizon blooming,

in hail or sunshine.

***

Storms can tear out a piece

of dream waiting to grow

moon will bring back the love,

it hasn't lost the way,

it still knows you

adores,

that glow that keeps your candle

burning inside the embers,

in grace long after sorrow steps

have left this world.

***

Come back, go on,

be once again the one

you loved

and loved you back

return the peace you found,

receive

and be forgiven

this time storm is outside

it cannot end this moonlit breath

it will not dwell

under your light.

***

Moon rays tear shadows

and reach deep

confession adds to valor

and this wish,

the one you make with eyes wide shut

will end your night,

bring what tomorrow

promises.
