Starting again

It's all starting over again

I'm drowning in my own thoughts

Spinning, spinning, spinning as there will never be a stop

I'm tired, stressed and sometimes confused

Why is this feeling hoovering

All the choices and decisions to be made

Why is life such a headache

We want to grow up fast when we are little ones

Then that time comes and all things begin spiraling

Adulting is harder than we could ever imagine

Feels like a hole that is being dug deeper

A never-ending dark hole

Falling, falling, till there is no more

It all started over again

All the thoughts came rushing in

Depression is no joke to me

No matter the smile you see on my face

I'm slowly being wrapped in rage

All these emotions are out of control

It is all starting over, where can I go?

Even when you feel like the depression has faded it hits you out of the blue. No matter how hard you try to push it aside, it still over comes you. During those times you just need to remind yourself that you aren't alone. You have family and friends who love you. You have those loved ones to talk to. Take them up on that offer. Don't let the darkness let you sink once again. You are loved. You are wanted. There is only one YOU, no one can replace you. So don't let the darkness take you over. Come out of that dark hole and recuperate yourself. Hold your head high and remember you got this! Remember to seek the help when you know you need it the most.
