Stairs are not meant to only climb.

Stairs are getting us higher but that's not the purpose.

I learned how to climb them by going down.

A road can go two ways.

A car can go backward.

Life can only go forward.

But stairs, stairs can go two ways.

The first way is meant to be up.

The logical outcome of a lifetime.

But what happens when you need to go down?

What if you want to take a rest?

You need to learn both ways.

As a lifetime goes straight.

Stairs might go up or down.

Train yourself for success AND failure.

Learn how to go down as well, so you won't end up hurting yourself.
