Somewhere between the sun and the challenges...
I am going stark raving mad. Mid thought, mid-read and mid-confusion. Somewhere between here and there. Having fun trying to not go bat sh.. crazy!

It was a warm day in...."Wait which challenge is this again".
Click...save! Scrolling, scrolling down the list....of yeah - 'Somewhere between here and there'. That's the one.
Poem...It was a warm day in July as I walked along the beach, the sun shone beautifully radiant in the sky. It’s midday and 'el sol' is at its highest, casting a golden clarity over everything it touches.
The air is warm but not stifling---just enough to coax out the scent of wildflowers and fresh grass. Trees rustle gently as a breeze meanders through, carrying with it the distant laughter of children and the soft hum of bees.
Ummm!..."What exactly do they want me to portray in this poem again. As opposed to all of the other poems".
Scrolling...Fifteen challenges later...scrolling...Eureka!
"What happens in the in-between. When you’re not quite where you were, but not quite where you’re going, either. The middle of a walk. The middle of a feeling or thought. The moment you leave something behind without knowing what comes next"...
Darned sure that is where I am....not knowing what comes next...
anyway...
Poem...Each step feels unhurried, cushioned by a path dappled with shadows that flicker like nature’s own stained glass. The sky is an uninterrupted blue, so wide and vast it seems to hush your thoughts with its quiet grandeur. Birdsong flutters from branch to branch---a spontaneous symphony accompanying wonder as I wander.
I had better check that I have all of the other drafts named for the correct challenge. My head is going bat-sh...-crap crazy and confused.
Poem maybe...Hmmm! Maybe there’s a dog trotting ahead, tongue lolling, or a café I will pass by where someone smiles mid-sip, their moment of stillness reflecting my own.
It’s not just a walk. It’s a gentle affirmation from the world that, for now, things are okay.
It is but a wonderous 'Sunspell'. A walk beneath the azure.
The world exhales in a golden hue, each leaf aglow, the sky swept blue.
My footstep taps the earth’s soft rhyme, in tempo with the hush of time.
The daisies lean to overhear, the secrets that the breeze holds near.
No need to rush, no need to roam... where the sunlight makes this path a home.
I think i fell asleep here, as my head bobs up and my eyes blink.
My thoughts are here, there and everywhere.
Maybe i should end this silly poem, hoping all is clear.

And so beneath the noonday choir of the azure, i walk as if the world conspired
to soften time, to hush the race...and wrap my soul in a warm embrace.
A dragonfly arcs through the glow, its wings all crystal, it floats to sky.
Each ray, a golden thread unfurling.
We are the rhythm of the earth.

Out of beauty we are spun.
As we revel beneath sun!
The end.
ps...It is finally cool here again in the UK.
Fingers xxd.
Such fun!!!! Spinning puns and befuddling the metaphors.
