Someday everything will be fine
Someday everything will just fall
Into place
Someday I’ll be happy
Someday I’ll hit the big time
Someday things won’t hurt
Someday…
But for now I’m living for now
For now, I’m focusing on one day at a time
One hour at a time
One minute at a time
One second at a time
Because as easy as someday may seem
To some
Someday is forever for others
A perpetual struggle that can only be named
By the obligation to fight
So I don’t subscribe to someday
I subscribe to now. For me. For now.
