Take some time to think
Reflect,
Examine,
What are the things that need to be fixed?
How can things be better?

Fiery thoughts just destroy the brain
Leading down destruction
Our minds can gravitate to the hurricane
Take control, take control

Listen, listen close
Because your body is extremely smart
It knows what’s best for you
Listen to your gut
