Sing a Song of Summer Maidens
...if you know, you know...

Shall I spin thee a tale of fair season last
when comely maidens arrive to mine utmost delight?
Dost thou recall in these days long past,
When we two met in warm summer's light?
Fresh bairns of ballad the masses adored
Sang sweet melodies so soft and so low
Whist foods of far lands maketh me heave the gorge
Yet I delight in the hour which ladies attend ho
I am favored of maidens adorned finely and true
In bold garments sewn by Abercrombie and Fitch
Should mine desires be met and my thoughts renew
Woe, the maiden holds me like the spell of a witch.
Yea, though my love has left me low and in wonder,
still it pleases me when ladies arrive in sweet summer.
