Guardian of the eternal mountain

Siren of the dusty cattle range

Riding when the moon’s full

Like some avenging cowboy Ange

Galloping upon a pied charger

Attended to by whirlwinds

The goddess of the cattle drive

Driven by the northwinds

Searching for a lost love

Calling out to him by name

Through shrieking blizzards

She searches far and wide

Stampeding buffalo herds

A spectre hellbent on love

Riding hell for leather

To catch the lone traveler

Out in the winter weather

Looking right through you

With her heterochromy eyes

There’s no place to hide

She can see past your lies

She’ll ride you down

And drag you to hell

So say your prayers

Before the ringing of the bell

And make sure you're tucked

Nice and tight in your bed

Because it’s better to be safe

Than it is to be dead
