She had dreams.

She had dreams of flying to the sky.

She had dreams of clutching a star.

She had dreams of swimming in sunlight.

She had dreams.

She had dreams.

She had dreams of singing songs to the moon.

She had dreams of crying tears of sapphires and pearls.

She had dreams of dancing under the ocean.

She had sweet, sweet dreams.

She had dreams.

She had dreams of white and blue fire.

She had dreams of sweet-smelling smoke.

She had dreams of viscous green waterfalls.

She had wiccan, pagan dreams.

She had dreams.

She had dreams disguised by nightmares.

She had dreams of black snakes writhing in her womb.

She had dreams of hornets blooming from her throat.

She had ominous, heavy dreams.

She had dreams.

She had dreams that her skin lacked scars.

She had dreams that her flesh lacked fat.

She had dreams that her teeth were uniformed.

She had wishful, longing dreams.

She had dreams.

She had dreams that foreshadowed the future.

She had dreams that were bitter tasting memories.

She had dreams of blood leaving her veins.

She had horrific, terrific dreams.

She had dreams

She had dreams that her mother woke up for once.

She had dreams of escaping from her iron cage.

She had dreams that he would leave her alone for a night.

She had angry, vengeful dreams.

She had dreams.

She had dreams of spiriting away her brothers.

She had dreams of killing her demon.

She had dreams of swallowing poison to escape her strife.

She had bitter, sour dreams.

She had dreams.

She had dreams of joining angelic choirs.

She had dreams of singing for the Devil.

She had dreams of floating in the Abyss.

She had Holy, spiritual dreams.

She had dreams.

She had bitter, bitter dreams.

She had dreams that tore into her heart.

She had dreams of possible babies lost from her rape.

She had dreams of crying alone in the bathroom.

She had dark, mourning dreams.

She had dreams.

She had dreams of swallowing nightshade.

She had dreams of tasting aqua tofona.

She had dreams of being drunk on cantarella.

She had longing, suicidal dreams.

And she had dreams of never waking up.

She had dreams of a casket painted dark bruised purple.

She had dream of family telling lies about her nature.

She had dreams of roses turn grey on her grave.

She had silent, empty dreams.

And above all that,

She had dreams of cradling her son to her breast.

She had dreams of her stomach swelling with a daughter.

She had dreams of a kindly handsome husband or

Of a beautiful, genteel wife.

She had dreams,

So many, many

Dreams.
