In the depths of our being, we have organs five,
That work in harmony to help us thrive,
They guide us through the world and all its wonders,
In ways that we may not fully ponder.
Our eyes are the windows to our soul,
They see the world and make us whole,
From sunsets to smiles, they capture it all,
And remind us of life's sweetest call.
Our ears are the gateway to sound,
They pick up every melody around,
From laughter to music, they bring us joy,
And fill our hearts with a beautiful buoy.
Our nose can pick up fragrances so sweet,
It can transport us to a different street,
From flowers to food, it tantalizes our senses,
And makes life so much more intense.
Our tongue can taste the most delicious of treats,
From savory to sweet, it can't be beat,
It reminds us to savor each moment we're given,
And cherish every morsel in this life we're livin'.
Our skin can feel the warmth of the sun,
Or the coolness of a breeze on the run,
It reminds us that we're alive and well,
And that every sensation is a story to tell.
So let us take a moment to thank these organs five,
For enriching our lives with every dive,
Into the world of senses, so divine,
And reminding us that life is truly a treasure to shine.
