Do you want to know the way to my heart?
If you want to be with me, you should know
All the different ways you can make me glow
Send me no roses; pink carnations will do
But even better would be a hug from you
If you want to send me something sweet
A box of chocolate sweeps me off my feet
Diamonds are stunning, but I only need one
Please save your money for us to do something fun
If it’s a trip you fancy, the beach is my happy place
I’m easy-going; I love your time but need my space
Eating is my favorite; I’m the girl who orders steak
Don’t worry; I don’t care how much money you make
I only want to be with you and feel your love
Be treated like I’m a gift sent from above
In return, I’ll shower you with devotion and care
And whenever you need me, I’ll be there
If you want to be with me, now you know
All the ways you can make me glow
