The outcome is pending

When you feel like dying

Because your world is ending,

Don't you give up trying

Because the outcome's pending.

Although right now you’re crying,

You're only self deceiving,

Telling lies you're buying

That you should stop believing.

Trials you couldn't get through

To get what you desired

Only serve to let you

Know that faith’s required.

Life is worth the living.

Mistakes are for forsaking.

Give yourself forgiving.

This test is worth retaking.

Dance as though you picked it,

And love will be your answer.

E'en if you bought your ticket,

But you're the only dancer.

Tears will soon be drying

As your heart is mending.

Don't you give up trying,

Because the outcome's pending.
