Resilience
A poem on overcoming adversity
In the darkest of nights, when shadows loom,
And life's tempests rage, threatening to consume,
Remember this truth, steadfast and true:
Adversity shapes us, molds us anew.
**If** you can stand tall when all seems to fall,
When storms assail, and doubts loudly call,
**Then** you possess a strength deep within,
A fire that burns, refusing to dim.
**Unconquered**, you rise from the pit's black abyss,
Thanking the gods for your indomitable bliss.
For every trial endured, every battle fought,
Adds layers to your soul, lessons dearly bought.
**Good timber**, like your spirit, grows strong,
Weathering storms, overcoming what's wrong.
**Each knot**, each twist, a mark of your grace,
A testament to resilience in life's rugged race.
So when adversity knocks, don't cower or flee,
Embrace the challenge, for it sets you free.
**You're** the master of fate, the captain of your sail,
And through every tempest, you shall prevail.
*Keep your head high, my friend, and know this to be true:*
**Adversity**, though fierce, reveals the best in you.

Great
Thank you for this!
This seems like a great logical 'If then' clause I learned about. Great description of a lonely brave tree as in the image.
