Repetition is the key,

To make a poem come alive,

It's a tool that's key,

To keep the readers' eyes.

With every repetition,

The words gain more power,

They form a composition,

That echoes like a tower.

Repetition can be heard,

In a song or a chant,

It can paint a vivid word,

Or give a message a slant.

Repetition can be used,

To express the deepest thought,

It can make you feel amused,

Or leave you feeling caught.

The repetition we use,

In a poem always stays,

It creates a sound like the blues,

Or a rhythm that never fades.
