The scent of the fire burning bright,
The sound of the wood crackling in the night.
The sight of the flames dancing high,
The taste of the s'mores, oh so divine.
The touch of the warmth on my skin,
These are the things that make me feel within.
The sixth sense, a feeling so strange,
A sense that is not quite in our range.
A feeling of knowing without any proof,
A feeling that comes from the heart, not the truth.
A sense that is hard to explain,
But it's there, lurking deep in our brain.
It's the sense that tells us when something is wrong,
The sense that makes us feel like we belong.
It's the sense that guides us through life,
The sense that helps us through the strife.
It's the sense that connects us to the divine,
The sense that makes us feel like we're just fine.
The five senses are amazing, it's true,
But the sixth sense is something we should pursue.
It's the sense that makes us feel alive,
The sense that helps us to thrive.
It's the sense that makes us who we are,
The sense that takes us oh so far.
So let's embrace the sixth sense, my friend,
Let's let it guide us until the very end.
For it's the sense that makes us complete,
The sense that makes our lives so sweet.
