Rainy Season

Poem

By Brenda AumaPublished 9 months ago 1 min read

In the rainy season, the skies do weep

With tears of joy, the earth does keep

A deluge of life, in every drop

A symphony of nature, to make us hop

The puddles dance, like diamonds bright

Reflecting the sky, with all its might

The rainbow hues, they do impart

A kaleidoscope of colors, in each heart

The scent of wet soil, so sweet and fresh

Invigorates the senses, with grace and finesse

The sound of drops, on leaves so green

Echoes through the trees, like a serene dream

In the rainy season, the world is new

A canvas painted, with vibrant hues

Nature's beauty, for all to see

A gift from above, for you and me
