Rain's Lullaby
A Poem about the beauty of Rain

Raindrops falling, a gentle sound,
A symphony, on the ground.
Nature's tears, falling down,
A peaceful lullaby, all around.
The pitter-patter, on the roof,
A soothing rhythm, proof.
Of the beauty, in the grey,
A cleansing force, here to stay.
The drops cling, to the leaves,
A natural wonder, that never grieves.
The flowers, open up with glee,
Drinking in the rain, so carefree.
The streets, glisten, in the light,
A reflection, of the world, so bright.
The rain washes, away the dirt,
Leaving behind, a fresh new world, to assert.
Rain is the life-giver, the nurturer,
A force of nature, that's always sure.
To bring new growth, and new beginnings,
A reminder of the beauty, life is brining.
