Rage

Those with no voice are profit centers

I feel rage for all those encaged

I feel rage against those that profit from pain

Slicing up the remains of those that don't remain

I feel rage for those in prison

I feel rage against those that profit from being inhumane

Locking up tokers for no other crime than being smokers

I feel rage for those in tents

I feel rage against the system that profits from funds that don't get spent

Locking up the poor, for being poor

We will never be free

until the most helpless of us are free

It rages me to see

that it takes a few clicks

to also incarcerate me
