A Poem
Queue is a ridiculous word
Its one letter followed by four silent others
Perhaps that makes sense
The one in the front is ordering
While the rest wait in line
But why?
When we have A and I
Oh, there we go again
Why not just Y?
Oh my, oh my
It just keeps going and going
O-h for oh
How is anyone learning supposed to know
How do they get clued in to this spelling disaster
What even are we after
This poem is absurd
Why am I obsessing over this word
Why do absurd, bird, heard, herd, and word rhyme
But not word and sword
