A fire that burned

In the depths of pain, I found my strength

A fire that burned, and purified my length

The flames of suffering, that once seemed so bright

Were extinguished by hope, and the light of new sight

I rose from the ashes, like a phoenix born

My scars now a reminder, of the battles I've worn

I broke free from the chains, that bound me so tight

And emerged from the darkness, into the light of new sight

My suffering was not in vain, but a test of my will

A chance to rise higher, and let my spirit fulfill

Its purpose and passion, its dreams and desires

I am stronger because of it, and my heart is on fire.
